What format are you using for the lessons ? Do you have a handbook that tells you what each lesson should be about or are you having to design each class ? Once in London, I watched my principal keep order by speaking in a commanding voice, and ordering the students to follow her instructions, like in the game,"Do this, do that". i.e. Stand up, put your hands on your head, put your hands at your sides, stand with feet together, with feet apart, move one step forward, etc. Once in control of the class, she said, "Sit down" and was able to carry on with regular work.
